Hugging: Sure - he will be very confused at you though
Kissing: Sure - again, he will be very confused
Flirting: Feel free - he's a widower who never got over his wife though (and a bit emotionally dim)
Fighting: Sure, ask first - he is a warrior king, though, he's not going to be a pushover
Injuring: Sure, ask first
Killing: Ask first, we can negotiate
Telepathy: He is from a canon where elves can speak mind to mind - please ask! He will have considerable mental defences, in all likelihood
Mind/Body Control: Ask first
Warnings: His backstory involves crossing essentially antartica on foot and loosing his wife to drowning at some point, also lots of death and killing. Most of these can be worked around as he does not LIKE to talk about them and is unlikely to, but let me know if you would prefer it not to come up.
